What could be improved

receptionist grumbled at my query as I seemed to have disturbed her facebook session. The doctor treated us like we should be thankful just to be given the chance to experience his greatness. He was rushed, abrupt, did not listen, cut us off constantly mid-sentence, and sent us away from an emergency visit with advice to take 400mg of nurofen, despite us having told him that 600mg or even Codeine was not having an impact. As someone else mentioned on these comments.... sometimes these doctors forget that the S in NHS stands for Service, and we're paying their wages.
