What I liked

I had a very positive experience of recently visiting the drop-in clinic at St Barts Breast Clinic.

Despite their being a large number of patients, I was seen quickly and treated very much as an individual, and I very appreciated the exceptional professionalism delivered in a friendly and accessible way. I wish I recalled their names, but would like to thank all the staff from the afternoon of the 15th Feb 2012 for making what essentially is an anxiety provoking situation, instead a smooth and reassuring process.
