I have been trying to get an appointment with a certain doctor for over two weeks the appointment system is appalling you cant book more than one day in advance and the telephone system is worse cant even get through till after 9 am was told on Saturday the doctor I wanted to see was in on Monday and Friday but cant book appointments for Monday or Friday till the day before was told to call Monday morning only still couldn't get an appointment today is Wednesday went in there to see if I could book to see doctor reception staff very hostile was told all booked up for Friday no phone calls available spoke to reception manager just as rude I did loose my temper with them finally got a phone appointment Friday that will be a week I've been off my medication for depression and anxiety plus absolutely no pain medication for another illness cant be prescribed as controlled meds absolutely not the staff to have as front of house as they show no compassion and never want to help at all and this is not even the first time I've had problems with them they have even put the phone down when ringing up to make appointments

Thank you for your comments on NHS choices. We always have available variety of appointments in order to meet patients expectations. I am sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. As a practice we take feedback on our service very seriously
