"Minor Op at Forth Valley"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

My experience with the NHS has generally been very positive, my treatment at the Ambulatory Care unit  was brilliant. I was seen by David and Pamela to have a small lump removed, I was a wee bit concerned beforehand but all the staff were very reassuring and put me at my ease. If David had to follow another career it would have to be as a comedian, his banter took my mind off the procedure.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such nice feedback, We try to keep an informal mood when performing our minor ops and are glad you appreciated this, although Pamela disputes your career advice!

Hopefully everything is going as planned and you are healing well.

Thanks again

David
