"Day Case"

I woukd kike to say a. big thank you to rhe Day Case Surgery Ward and the Pre Assessment Team.

After waiting four months for a small procedure to be done I was looking forward to my visit. I wasn't let down. The Ward itself is modern, clean and bright.

Being a disabled lady on crutches, I find getting about a struggle.

Had no problems on this Ward.

Easy access to toilets.

Comfy chairs you can rise from with ease.

State of the art trolleys to take you down to theatre.

The Staff were very efficient, kind and nothing was too much trouble.

Many thanks also to the Consultant and his Team.

NHS at it's best.
