I attended the surgery today for a medication review and was seen by the practices pharmacist who I found to be very knowledgable friendly and thorough. I felt listened to and valued and we were able to devise an individual care plan that would benefit me.

I am really pleased that you have benefitted from this new role at the surgery; part of NHS England’s 10 'High Impact Actions' work, which aims to diversify general practice to be delivered by an even wider team than in recent years.
