What I liked
The whole of the staff are very professional and obviously take great pride in the high esteem they have gained in the medical circle.
The friendliness and respect given to everyone by everyone is a credit to the management of this facility.
What could be improved
The day room was a bit small but it was the League Cup Final and we all had a great deal of interest. Also England Wales game on Saturday was sold out.
Anything else?
Always keep smiling it makes the patients feel so much better.
