"Not a bad word to say !"

My granddaughter was admitted in the early hours of Friday 4th January and from the second she arrived in willow ward she was looked after beyond amazing! I really do apologise for forgetting the first nurses name but she was ever so kind. I believe she was one of the head nurses ? She talked my granddaughter through all the medication being pumped through her so she knew exactly what was going on. She answered all her questions about her job and told us about her son. It was so nice for her to make my granddaughter feel so at ease. During the 2 nights of which we were there she had 2 other nurses. They were also amazing. The nurse she had during the last 16hour treatment was amazing! She knew everything my granddaughter asked her! She even had a few laughs which really made light of this situation. She really is a credit to your team! As were both of the other nurses , not a fault! My granddaughter now wants to become a nurse on willow ward and is going to pursue it throughout her schooling. So good to see such kind , outstanding staff. Really made the situation a lot easier for her. Thank you beyond words.
