you have to jump through hoops to get an appointment then it usually takes weeks... i have been a patient at my doctors since i was born a mere 50 years and have to say in the recent 10 years its got worse and worse...the service when you get to see/speak to your doctor is more than good... its the nightmare before... one day they have one system in place.. the next time your told its a different system.. then the receptionist.. one tells you one thing and another tells you something totally different.. then you are told.. well its not them on reception today its me.. there professional approach or lack of it takes a lot to be desired.. i'm sure they take a lot of abuse (never by me) i'm always respectful.. so I expect the same respect in return.. but you dont get it... THE STRESS OF IT ALL MAKES YOU ILL.. never-mind what you went to the doctors for in the first place... I have sent two previous letters of complaint in the last three years to the surgery manager and never even received an acknowledgement back?? you MUST improve your customer service and especially what you provide for those that work.. because they just seem to be put to the bottom of the pile.. yet they are the ones paying into the pot for everyone to use the doctors...

At the end of the day this is a business and currently it just isn't working.. your service is diabolical and reviews are too... you really need to address this situation because without patients you dont have a business
