"Ingrown toenail assessment"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

Firstly I'd just like to say I've never has any issues with Maidstone hospital doctors and nurses up until today.

Had been waiting for this appointment for 2 months assuming I would get treatment in the form of an operation to treat my ingrown toenail.

I chose Maidstone hospital thinking it was the best choice.

I went to the general surgery this morning the receptionist and nursing staff were very friendly as you normally expect.

Saw the doctor only to be told they don't operate on ingrown toenails anymore,I was baffled.

The information I received I could have googled,but to be told they dont operate anymore had me seething,I asked as calmly as possible as to why this wasn't said when I first booked the appointment, I would have chosen a different clinic and not gone to see dare I say it this misery of a man. I had to rush back to my doctors who saw me and gave me some better advice on going forward.

I never thought I'd have anything bad to say about Maidstone hospital but I guess there's a first time for everything.
