What I liked
i was brought in to the hospital and initially treated by paramedics in an ambulance.onto a&e and then upto ward 7a were i stayed for a couple of weeks. from being brought in - the paramedics , the a&e staff and every single member of the ward staff my treatment was second to none.
it goes without saying i and the other patients were treated with respect and dignity.beyond that we were treated with good light hearted humour when appropriate which definately helped after all laughter is the best medicine.
it was obvious to me especially whilst on ward 7a just how much pride all the staff have on this ward - pride in how clean they keep the ward - pride in their treatment of patients.
well deserved pride
thank you 7a
What could be improved
some patients attitude and respect towards the staff.
Anything else?
thank you to all the staff at the royal.
"first class"
