I had to call NHS 111 about my youngest daughter in regards to her finger bleeding continuously for a few hours.
The service I received was good and we were given advice on what to do to try and stop the bleeding, and what to do if this didn't work.
We ended up needing to go to our nearest A&E department, where again we received excellent treatment and a Doctor also stayed on longer than her shift just so she could take a look and bandage up my daughter's finger.
"Needing to telephone 111, then go to A&E"
