"Requiring out of hours dental assistance"

About: IC24 NHS 111

(as the patient),

I called 111 as I needed out of hours dental information.

I called and the lady was very helpful, she asked some non relevant questions but said clearly that she had to ask them to do a thorough assessment.

She advised me of three dental surgeries to try that offered out of hours services. I got through to the first one and got an appointment that evening.
