"Referral process - Excellent service"

I work at a Dental Practice and recently had to signpost to BDH. I called the Adult Emergency telephone number and was given the Primary care number to contact. Both members of staff at the end of the telephone were incredibly understanding and helpful and took on board my concerns for the individual.
