I very recently spent a few days at this hospital following an cardiac operation at a nearby hospital,and as a retired Director of Nursing I can assure readers that I observed most closely the performance of staff.
I am extremely happy to say that I applaud the performance, courtesy and kindness, efficiency and respect for patients. Excellent is the overall experience.
May I add that I never revealed my prior connection with the NHS.
I am both grateful to and proud of these people.
