I was transferred to Elm Court following a fall and breaking both arms.

The staff at Elm Court were caring, helpful and professional at all times.

I was treated extremely sympathetically and sensitively following a traumatic situation.

Special thanks to one member of staff for her care and consideration and also to a second member of staff.

The staff at Elm Court are a credit to themselves and to the NHS.
