What I liked
My 12 year old daughter, was admitted to the Kempton Day Bed Unit for an operation on her nose which had been broken a couple of weeks ago. She was very nervous about receiving a General Anaesthetic
The standard of care and support that we received during the short stay in the Kempton Day Bed Unit was quite simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care and sympathy and made to feel completely at ease. The anaesthetist explained what would happen to Siena in a way that was easy for her to understand, and also in a way that she did not feel patronised. The nurse who was primarily responsible for my daughter's care was kind, considerate and caring. Really, really outstanding - it was only a minor procedure that she must see many, many people a week go through - but she did not belittle it to us, and made us completely comfortable through our stay. We cannot praise her "bedside manner" enough.
"Excellent"
