"Doctors have become very rude in ending you..."

It appears to be practice now whomever you see, for Drs to just walk behind you and open the door before you have had time to discuss all your issues and disclose some things you would need to talk to a Doctor about, some of past abuse issues. I understand they are busy but to just get up and open the door is, plain rude and bad manners. Surely there is a less demeaning way to treat patients who have paid into the system for a lifetime and owe the system nothing.
