"Outer ear infection"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

I was treated promptly within 15 minutes of arrival at the emergency treatment room with GP letter. Completed patient form. ENT on call consultant and nurse supportive, clear and kind. Infection treated quickly with follow up offered to fit my plans. Medication and funnels given to administer ear drops easily and simply. Can't fault care and relief for quick treatment having spent several nights awake in pain. Thank you.
