Day surgery arranged. Turned up, no bed, moved to a normal ward in anticipation of a bed on the day surgery ward becoming available, starved all day from midnight til 9pm the following day.
Treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed shit all day, had to stay in overnight but unaware of this did not bring toiletries. Wanted a shower in the morning but they had no towels so gave a pillowcase to dry myself.
Op carried out at midday, left in recovery for over 2 hours....just disgusting treatment throughout. I will never go there again.
