"Overall a good small surgery"

The GP partners at the practice are the best to get appointments with. Some locum doctors are ok. Can be a bit hit and miss.

I am not happy with the way I am treated when I call to book appointments either for my son or myself. I understand the receptionists have lots of calls to deal with but I find one particular one rude and intrusive. When I call to book appointments, I am asked such details that I feel I am asked to diagnose the health issue I am calling to be seen about. I agree they need to filter the calls but there needs to be a balance.

The appointments at the surgery are becoming more difficult to get and there is a longer wait than before.
