(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave our mom. We were able to spend the last few days with her in a special way and that was only made possible by all of you at John Taylor.

There isn't really words that can express our gratitude at keeping our mother so comfortable. Those last few days were as pain and anxiety free, thanks to you all, as much as was possible.
