"A Christmas visit"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

My husband had breathing problems on Christmas Day. I phoned 111 and about half an hour later an ambulance arrived. After an assessment they took him to ward 15 in the hospital where he was rapidly treated. The doctors he saw were first rate. He was quickly given treatment and advice. I can't praise the staff enough ... from the girls making coffee, the kind and friendly nurses and the doctors. I'm not surprised that James Cook Hospital has one of the highest ratings in the country. BRILLIANT!!! x
