So a decision on surgery is made and agreed.
Everything good?
Not quite, having agreed the surgery it then gets revoked but I am NOT told until much later and left in pain with NO interest from staff.
Respect for patients?
No, not really, unless we are supposed to treat doctors/staff like gods and be horribly mistreated in return.
Shame on you ALL for allowing this to happen.
