"appaling service and management"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Arrived distressed after being attacked did not have anything with me, phone, glasses, not even my jacket, took two hours to have my wounds seen to, I mentioned I wished to see the psych liaison team and was told id have to wait another 6-8 hours and was left in a cubicle with nothing but a chair even though it was obvious id been up all night, so while I waited I went to find a bench to lay down on only to be escorted by security back to a and e to then be told id been discharged and moved to the waiting room for transport after waiting for another hour a nurse came and asked what I was doing in the waiting room out of my cubicle and that as far as she knew I was still waiting to be seen by the liason team, not wanting to be messed about anymore I left and went home to get my head down
