"New system no good for working people"

About: Ranworth Surgery

You have to phone up and then someone will phone you back to asses you, but if you are working and can not answer your phone or driving or have no signal you have phone again the next day!!! And the same thing happens not everyone can use this system, and reception is no help they say this is the new system and must be used.

You can book on line if you want to wait six weeks for an appointment. This used to be a good surgery that has nose dived to very poor .

If we are aware that you cannot accept a call, we are happy to make alternative arrangements and call you at a mutually convenient time.

This system only replaces 'Open Surgery' which took place between 10-11am.

Please call the practice and ask to speak to me and we can explore other options that suit you.
