"Phone is never answered always stressful trying"

The receptionist I find always rude and unhelpful, simple things I phone up for I.e when the doctor at my local gp wants a review from my neurologist I can’t get through or leave a message with the receptionist I always have to chase it up a few days later as the receptionist hasn’t passed it on, really stressful I appreciate their busy but this has been going on for over 3 years! I work full time and sometimes can’t keep phoning to speak to an answer machine, I’ve leave my details all the time in hope of them responding but with no joy unfortunately, now I’m having to resort to missing medication until I can get this sorted...again feeling stressed
