"A & E on Christmas day"

About: Southampton General Hospital

I brought my mum to A and E on Christmas day evening after being advised to attend by out of hours doctor. It was for suspected mini stroke.

We were taken from waiting room for an assessment within 5 mins. She had a prompt fuller assessment then taken to the majors section. She was seen by a doctor promptly.

Excellent care. All nursing and medical staff were very helpful and thorough. Thank you so much.
