"X-ray machine and staff"

I visited Potters Bar community hospital a few weeks ago for a walk in x-ray (referred by GP).

First visit - unable to park

Second visit - finally parked - x-ray machine broken

Third visit - x-ray machine broken

Fourth - told my x-ray department my “slip had expired” needed to go back to GP - even though I explained all of the above issues - she refused to x-ray

Go back to GP and get slip re-issued

Fifth visit - finally parked - x-Ray machine broken again and unlikely to be repaired before Xmas.

I understand the NHS is struggling but sending me away when he machine is obviously temperamental and now am unable to have x-ray’d Yet again.

Very unhappy and if people are working it’s not always that easy to keep returning. Giving up on Potters Bar will drive somewhere else - so frustrated.
