"Terrible Service"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

Is not possible that starting winter, on a Sunday, you only have one doctor taking care of emergencies, he didn't make anyone go in like for two hours, a women with a baby that had lot of fever was waiting there for 4 hours (do you know what can happen if the fever is too high and you let it be like that for longer? That boy could have convulsed). I'm waiting because my ear was bleeding and 4 hours siting waiting in here doesn't make sense at all. Feels like we are not the first thing to this people, I'm so disappointed.
