About: The James Cook University Hospital

Arrived at 8am this morning for a small procedure. Staff were lovely from the minute I arrived. All nurses were fantastic and very caring, they made me feel very at ease as I was nervous. I was quickly taken to a bed and had the procedure done within a couple of hours, I was surprised at how quickly I was seen and discharged.

The surgeon was also brilliant and easy to speak to. Every time I’ve had an appointment with ENT at James Cook the consultants are really thorough and caring.
