What could be improved

The after care was atrocious , I was sent home too quickly without any medication or explanation re bleeding. I had to get the GP out to give me something for the bleeding and pain and I had a UTI and was not given any anti biotics despite raising my concerns.

During my stay and whilst waiting for a bed they were not very organised with my medication and I missed out on some.
