"Absolutely ahocking"

On multuple occasions one of the doctors showed disgust at the idea of them not having full control over the medical decisions for my 4 month daughter. This doctor has tried to make me feel guilty. Other doctor is fantastic but I struggle to get an appointment with them. Half of the reception staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Doctors have miss read my test results that could have put me in danger whilst pregnant and caused me to miss vital medication for 4 weeks. Practice manager seems understanding but in 2 years I have been at this surgery I have seen a decline in the service provided. We have moved from this surgery.
