"Horrible service"

About: Bounds Green Group Practice

My wife have been trying to see a doctor for two weeks but they have sent her to wrong surgery. Had to stay on the phone 45 minutes before getting someone to answer to set the next appointment. Next appointment was cancelled at the last moment. She had to keep her headache without treatment. Hope it is not a cancer or a serious condition. No one takes responsibility. A true disgraceful service.
