What I liked

My wife and I visited the Maternity Unit at New Cross Hopsital yesterday for our 12 week scan.

I feel the NHS dont get enough praise when they provide a good service so I am informing you of my personal experience and comments.

My wife and I were expecting a long afternoon in the waiting room as we had to see a number of people for a variety of things, were were called in for our scan immediately and within 5 -10 of waiting called into to see a nurse and then the doctor and then for her blood tests, in all we saw 4 difference nurses / doctors within an hour or so, the organisation of the staff was fantastic, everything was expalined and we left very confident that we were in safe hands.
