"Inpatient for 5 days due to pneumonia"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

i was sent by my GP to A&E at Queens. From the time I walked into a busy A&E I was dealt with in an efficient caring way. From my time in A&E to when I was transferred to MRU I received effective care and dealt with in an empathic manner.

I also spen time on Mandarin A ward where once again I received the best treatment and care. Throughout my 5 days in hospital I observed staff working non stop and on many occasions having to deal with awkward patients. They remained professional and caring throughout this time. I hear of our hospital being complained about but can honestly say I would support this hospital wholeheartedly.

These staff do not get enough recognition for the endless work they do. THANK YOU QUEENS HOSPITAL

I have also received outpatient gynae care and received the same level of care as outlined above
