What I liked

A close friend who is in his 80’s has spent some considerable time in the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital over the years.. He cannot speak highly enough of the treatment that he has received there. All of the staff from the top to the bottom have treated him as if he was the only patient . He says each time he goes he feels as if he is part of their family.
