I was in the Blood Transfusion Ward (MDC ?) from approx 9.30 am to 8.15 pm and generally attentatively cared for throughout, but I particularly wanted to single out the particular attention and helpfulness of Paul, who responded promptly and courteously to every request for assistance and was good enough not only to arrange, at my request, for an appointment in the Audiology Department to have my Hearing Aid, previously provided by that Department, attended to because of discomfort and hurt caused in my ear, but he also pushed me in my wheelchair all the way to the Audiology Department. This put to good use time otherwise wasted while I waited attention and avoided a separate visit to the Hospital at very considerable inconvenience to myself and my family who would have had to bring me because I am wheelchair dependent. I am very appreciative of Paul's initiative and thought you ought to know of his exceptional service.
