Very difficult to get an appointment. Always told to phone in the morning at 8.45 am. Having said that your held in a queue, by which time there are no slots available when they answer the phone !!!
I would have more chance of seeing the pope than seeing my doctor.
This has to change. What of those elderly, immobile, and physically or mentally ill patients?
What of those who work nights, and those who need a weekend appointment? Sorry closed at weekends (and it's half-day closing on Wednesday).
No concern is given, which is a scandal.
The practise needs to move into the 21st century, now !!!!
