"The best GP practice I have been registered at"

I moved to Otley in May 2018 and have had a couple of health issues which have been dealt with efficiently by this surgery, unlike my previous surgery who ignored my concerns and fobbed me off.

The GP I have seen has been amazing, referred me to specialist services and has offered nothing but support and detailed information/ guidance about my health.

The practice nurse who has dealt with my numerous blood test has also been amazing. For a person with a phobia of needles, a blood test is immensely stressful, she has always greeted me with a smile and has been nothing but supportive and understanding. Due to her support my phobia has nearly subsided and for this I am so grateful.

I can always get an appointment with my chosen GP and nurse and the staff in reception are friendly and efficient.
