"Endocronology department"

About: Kingston Hospital

Am still going through my treatment with the doctor. Right from the start she has been very uncooperative to my needs. My thyroid has been extremely unstable swinging from hyper to hypo thyroid with a possibility of an autoimmune disease.

As part of my last test, the doctor advised me to get off the meds until my antibodies left my body.

She then asked me to get my bloods done in time for an telephone appointment in the first week of December. It called week commencing 10th Dec to follow up and chased her department where one of her department members very kindly sent her an urgent email suggesting that I was to leave the following week on holiday and needed to know the status of my thyroid along with any medications, if needed.

It is now 18th December and no response. I have just got off the phone with the department and they have sent her another chaser.

This is getting to be such a stressful and frustrating experience. If I cant trust the doctor to deliver, who can I?
