"Excellent Practice with Excellent Staff!"

Been registered at this practice for many years, using much more often in the last 5 years. My GP is fantastic, caring, supportive and empathetic, always listening to my worries and never minimising them or making me feel silly, even when I feel that way myself. The reception staff in my opinion are excellent also, I will be the first to say I am not an ‘easy customer’ (!) as I have pretty severe mental health issues, and I have always found them to go above and beyond with anything I’ve needed help with or needed doing, even if I have been on the telephone in floods of tears, they have always been kind, understanding and helped me with what I needed. I know I can’t speak for everyone, but I have genuinely never ever felt they have been anything other than polite, helpful and professional. I feel very lucky to belong to a practice like this one, and very lucky and grateful to have such a great GP.
