the worst surgery I came across, reception staff are rude, ruthless, never pick up call. Even if you made call at 8 am they won’t give you appointment. And if ask why?? Ruthless they said you Aahe registered with the busiest surgery and you should find some other surgery if you want an appointment. They will not convey any medical information and delay your treatment.... worst experience of my life

Thankyou for your comments. It would be useful if you are able to identify yourself so that we can follow up the concerns raised. The Practice is able to monitor numbers of incoming calls and requests for appointments on a daily and weekly basis and demand for appointment requests in a morning are high as is the case for other GP Practices nationally. The Practice utilises GP+ services in addition to inhouse GP appointments to support access to primary care services for all patients
