What I liked
I din't like any aspect of my visit.
What could be improved
The waiting area is disgusting. Drab, dingy and depressing
The waiting time was far too long. The consultation time far too short. One consultant was excellent and concluded immediately what the problem was but was not able to get a technician to do a barium test of my throat that day. I have an appointment in another 6 weeks. Disgusting procedure for the NHS.
