What I liked
Nothing - apart from scan staff who were on time and were polite and proficient.
What could be improved
The staff need to stop eating biscuits and drinking coffee and someone needs to organise them.....A lot of walking bits of paper from one place to another - anything but do the job.
MAU appear to have regulars who turn up and get preferential treatment.
Anything else?
Given an appointment letter to attend the DVT clinic. Sat waiting for an hour and a half over the appointment time in quite a lot of pain and discomfort. No one spoke to me or offered any pain relief. Eventually sent for a scan at 13.00hrs but then didn't see a Dr till after 16.00hrs.
"Terrible place."
