"Grateful for out of hours service"

About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as a service user),

I just wished to express my thanks to our out of ours service. I know it must be long hard shifts some nights but when I was seen one night by ANP Turner, she put me at ease and assessed me swiftly explains as she went.

I was grateful that this service was available to me to start the treatment I needed swiftly. From the staff who phoned to make my appointment to the ANP Turner, thank you.
