"Exemplary service of NHS care"

I arrived at the walk-in-centre following a fall on a night out. Checked into reception and seen within in 10 minutes, by two different nurse practitioners who were very pleasant and attentive to my concerns about the injury to my wrist. A hand/wrist X-Ray was ordered and carried out within 10-15 minutes of being assessed. A diagnosis was found and explained thoroughly by a nurse practitioner who was very reassuring and invested in explaining the next steps of treatment. I then had a cast applied to my wrist and a follow-up appointment was arranged. As a fellow nurse I understand the importance of professionalism and duty of care and I'd like to express my gratitude to all members of staff who made my experience a good one. Thank you.
