What I liked

With a massive amount of patients being seen I was informed at every step of my treatment what would be happening. The staff were so informative, cheerful and patient with even the most difficult of patients. I was treated immediately on admission and felt the staff could not have given more care as they work to the maximum at all times to make patients feel unique.

Anything else?

I feel we are so lucky in Bournemouth to have such superb care. Often taken for granted by many.
