"Excellent Care"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

I had my 5-year full colonoscopy last Monday. Although I have had this procedure before I know that it is not without risk and for me is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

I found the standard of care from the doctor and his team to be exemplary. I was fully consulted and informed about my procedure, and well looked after before, during and afterwards. I would like to thank Eli and Susannah but all of the staff that I met and engaged with were thoroughly professional, kind and caring.

Based on my experience I would tell anyone having to have this procedures that they will be in good hands at the Princess Royal and well looked after by experienced and caring staff
