"A & E visit Dec 2018"

Visited A & E today with my 90 year old father in law. He cannot speak, he has had a previous extensive stroke, cannot stand unaided and has difficulty swallowing. He had severe pain and was transferred by ambulance for urgent medical review. The staff were all amazing and very patient. The volunteers were also amazing, so helpful offering food and drinks in the department.

He was discharged later the same day via the discharge lounge and ambulance all of which were caring and professional. Thanks NHS
